WebQuest about Open Source Software

corner

Conclusion

The Open Source movement members are working hard to make their software free and available for everyone. The programs produced under GNU and other 'free' types of license make it possible to have up-to-date tools for most of the tasks without paying money. Now you know that there is a way to work on a personal computer without purchasing most of the programs, and you can do it absolutely legally.

It is your choice whether you install any of these programs or not. But since now, do not tell your teacher or boss, that you cannot make a text document or a picture 'because the software is too expensive'.
